㉠ 잊어버린다 (forget)
— States the general fact driving the passage’s logic: people naturally
forget what they’ve heard over time. Present tense, since this is a
general/habitual truth, not a one-time event.

㉡ 놓치지 않을 수 있다 (can avoid missing)
— Completes the contrast set up by “그러나” (however): despite natural
forgetting, note-taking prevents missing information. “잊지 않을 수
있다” is also acceptable.
